SALT LAKE CITY — Two men were charged Tuesday with sexually assaulting a teenage boy at gunpoint.

Gildas Datsas Tstay, 40, and Ali "Mutt" Laue, 25, were each charged in 3rd District Court with aggravated sexual assault, a first-degree felony.

On Aug. 6, a 17-year-old boy claimed he went to a residence at 350 E. 700 South where "there was a lot of alcohol, marijuana and food," according to charging documents. Tstay and Laue allegedly encouraged the boy and another teen to drink alcohol.

Police say Tstay then told the teen to have sex with Laue. When the boy refused, Laue forced him at gunpoint to perform a sex act, according to the charges. Tstay then raped the boy, charging documents state.

Police later recovered a gun from Laue. Bail was set at $100,000 for each defendant.

Neither Tstay nor Laue has an extensive criminal history in Utah, according to state court records. A woman filed for a protective order against Laue in February. In 2011, he took a plea in abeyance to a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge in a case involving domestic violence.
