LAS VEGAS (AP) — A 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbing the Bellagio hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
Jesse Jones was booked Sunday morning into the Clark County jail after being arrested by police at a Las Vegas resort on Saturday night.
He's accused of robbing a teller at gunpoint Friday night and making off with tens of thousands of dollars.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal (http://bit.ly/1AnJhZN ) reports the robbery was captured by security cameras.
In December 2010, a gunman left with more than $1.5 million in chips — many ranging in denominations from $10,000 to $25,000 each — from the Bellagio.
Anthony Michael Carleo, the son of a former Las Vegas judge, was later arrested and sentenced to three to 11 years in prison for the robbery.
