(KSL News) -- Two Spanish Fork men are in serious but stable condition this morning after a car-full of suspected gang members randomly opened fire on them.
It happened Sunday morning in West Valley City near 5400 S. Bangerter Hwy.
Police say a 21-year-old passenger fired several shots at another car, hitting both the driver and passenger. A woman who was in the back-seat was NOT hurt.
Both victims were taken to the hospital.
Meanwhile, police say the shooter and his driver, who are known gang members, were arrested and booked on suspicion of attempted murder.
Two other passengers in the same car as the shooter were interview but later released.
So far, the motive for the shooting is NOT known.
