INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A program from the state's Higher Education Commission is awarding a small group of students money to attend college.
Learn More Indiana announced Wednesday that one student in each grade from K-12 was given $529 to help pay for college. The money was awarded through the "Cash for College" contest held earlier this spring.
The higher education commission and state treasurer's office frequently promote the state's CollegeChoice 529 Savings Plan to help families save money for college.
