(KSL News) You have to credit school principals. They'll do about anything to get their students to read, including subjecting themselves to ice cream in the face.
You've seen it before, the old elementary school reading challenge and the crazy stunts principals do to motivate students.
Students at Tolman Elementary met their reading goals as part of the Road to Success reading program. So as a reward, students got to turn their principal into a an ice cream sundae, smash ice cream on him, squirt chocolate syrup and sprinkle toppings on him.
