One of the big stories of the morning was about American Airlines canceling 300 flights so its crews could inspect some wire bundles aboard its MD-80 aircraft. Delta Air Lines followed suit by voluntarily re-inspecting wiring on 133 MD-88 and MD-90 airplanes. We talked with ABC Aviation expert John Nance. Click here to hear the interview.

Robin Williams' marriage is falling apart. His wife, Marsha, filed for divorce in San Francisco, citing irreconcilable differences. They've been married nearly 19 years. They met when she was a nanny for Zachary, Williams' son from a previous marriage. The Williams also have two children, Zelda and Cody.

Troy Polamalu of the Pittsburgh Steelers might not have to worry about getting tackled again by his hair. At next week's meetings in Palm Beach, Florida, NFL owners will consider a proposal to ban players from having hair flow from their helmets below their names on the back of their jerseys. The rule banning long hair on the field was proposed by Kansas City. It does not require players to get haircuts, but does "require them to tuck it up inside their helmets," says Atlanta Falcons president Rich McKay, the chairman of the league's competition committee.
