ALASKA — Bears must be killing it on the Internet right now, because today Have You Seen This? can’t help but share another bear video with you.

Brad Josephs — a naturalist interpreter specializing in bear biology and ecology — was asked by the BBC to set up remote GoPro cameras in Alaska’s wilderness in an attempt to capture up-close footage of bears just doing bear stuff for their program the Great Bear Stakeout.

The results are incredible, especially when GoPro edits all the exciting bits together in what turns out to be a raucous love song to bears.

The bears look deceptively sweet as they frolic in the river hunting for fish. But one particularly close shot gives you a face full of a giant, clawed bear foot that reminds you the bears may look fun-loving, but they have built in means for destruction.

As far as I’m concerned, this is the best way to view a full-grown grizzly bear, because there’s a zero percent chance of mauling and 100 percent chance of being delighted.

(However, if you get the chance to hold a bear cub, I highly recommend it. You will only be mauled by adorableness.)
