(KSL News) First-degree felony aggravated murder charges and robbery charges were filed against the two adult suspects in the Family Dollar Store robbery and killing on March 12.

Biu Benjamin Olive, 18, was charged in the shooting death of 49-year-old Wally Knapton. The charge would usually carry the possibility of the death penalty, but Olive was 17 at the time of the murder.

Sarah Ataata, 19, was the alleged getaway driver. She's also charged with first-degree felony murder.

A 13-year-old boy was arrested on similar charges and is juvenile detention.

The charging documents say Olive and the younger boy walked into the Family Dollar Store in Glendale and told everyone to get down. The documents go on to say that when store manager, Wally Knapton, left his back office to find out what was going on Olive shot him in the chest with a rifle.

The charging documents indicate that the three got away with $180.
