CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was 1.75 cents lower at 6.5325 a bushel; May corn was 5.50 cents lower at 4.8350 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at 4.4625 a bushel; while May soybeans was 13.75 cents lower at 14.44 a bushel.
Beef and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
April live cattle was .05 cent higher at $1.4330 a pound; May feeder cattle was .30 cents higher at 1.7470 a pound; April lean hogs gained 3.00 cent to $1.1600 a pound.
