(KSL News) -- Governor Jon Huntsman said today he has received threats over this week's visit to Utah by Mexican President Vicente Fox.
"We've had some pretty heated messages and that's fine. My office is the kind wehre the buck stops, and I understand that."
But the Governor didn't say whether those threats jeopardized his safety. He also described how protestors called him "mean and nasty names" in front of his wife.
But he called it the music of free speech. Governor Huntsman also said the Mexican government cares about solving immigration problems.
