SALT LAKE CITY — Jazz great John Stockton has been retired for more than 10 years now. During his 19 years in a Jazz uniform, the legendary point guard never really talked about his personal life. It was all about basketball 24-7.
That's changed a bit now that Stockton has written a book called — what else? — "Assisted." In his book, Stockton recounts the relationships, personal moments and learning experiences that have shaped his life.
Stockton visited Salt Lake City over the weekend to promote his book. While here, he signed a couple thousand autographs — probably more than he did throughout his entire NBA career.
I sat down with No. 12 Friday to get the goods on his new book. Check out my interview in the above video.
