PHILADELPHIA — While dining at an Italian restaurant during her tour, Taylor Swift made a big impression in the form of a $500 tip and two gifted concert tickets.

Last Friday, Swift and tourmates Ed Sheeran, Austin Mahone and tour crew members dined at Ralph’s Italian Restaurant, racking up an $800 bill over the course of 2 ½ hours. Before she left, Swift slipped the head chef two concert tickets, and to the staff, she gave a $500 tip for her chicken parmesan.

“From her graciousness upon arrival for us staying open, to the extremely generous tip before leaving, she was a pleasure to have dine with us,” a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page read. “Probably the biggest celebrity to visit Ralph's in recent memory!”

Chef Shawn Gallo took his son to the July 20 concert.

"It was so kind-hearted of her. My son Shawnee is 11. It was my son and I's first concert we've ever been to,” Gallo told E! “It was really special."

At the urge of Gallo’s mother, Swift also posed with Ralph’s staff for a picture.

"I called my mom to tell her Swift was there, and she wanted me to take a picture because she is a big fan," Gallo said. "My son has autism, and while I'm at work my mom and my son love to listen to her music. He loves her music."

Though it was the most recent, this was not the first kindness she has showed her fans. Earlier this year, she visited a young fan and cancer patient in Omaha. In 2012, after turning down a prom invitation from a teen with leukemia, she surprised him with an invitation to accompany her to the Academy of Country Music Awards.
