(KSL News) -- A horse is missing in Tooele County and his owner is desperate to get him back.
Sandy Sanders discovered the horse missing from his stall yesterday morning in Grantsville. This horse is especially important to Sanders because he helped her recover after a serious head injury several years ago. At the time, the horse also had helath problems, but together they helped each other heal.
Sandy Sanders, Owner of missing horse: "He's my family, my friend. Who would do this?"
Sanders says she doesn't care who took the horse, she just wants him back unharmed.
