(KSL News) A hearing for a man accused of killing a correctional officer is being postponed because it's unclear who will represent him.
Curtis Allgier is charged with aggravated murder in the death of Stephen Anderson during an escape attempt in June of last year.
Recently, members of his defense team from the Legal Defenders Association asked to be removed from the case for unspecified reasons.
Prosecutors say they need a detailed reason for the request before they allow it.
A judge will decide the matter in March.
