(KSL News) -- A visit to Utah by Mexican President Vincente Fox is still in the hands of the Mexican Senate.
The Senate has to approve President Fox's trip to the United States, according to Mexican law. In the meantime, plans are going forward in Utah for Fox's visit.
Governor Huntsman plans to talk trade, education and immigration law with the Mexican President, who is also expected to address the Utah Legislature in two weeks.
