(KSL News) TRAX riders may need to plan a little extra time to travel this weekend.
Starting tomorrow, TRAX will interrupt service between the stations at 10000 South and 7200 South.
The interruption will accommodate construction work on the 8600 S. State Street rail overpass. UDOT is widening the State Street bridge for vehicles passing underneath.
Bus service will be provided between TRAX stations to accommodate passengers.
Normal service will resume Monday.
