SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Utah Valley State College president William Sederburg says the school will keep its open enrollment policy while it transitions to becoming a university.
He outlined UVSC's mission in a presentation to the State Board of Regents' Planning Committee Friday.
Sederburg stressed the importance of meeting the community's needs by keeping two-year students, as well as those in technical education.
