(KSL News) Utah Fast Pass presented the Honoring Heroes Foundation and the Utah Law Enforcement Memorial Committee with checks from its second annual event.

In July, Utah Fast Pass held a four-day rally in which car owners got to show off their wheels while helping Utah troopers.

Donors who participated in the event, and many other generous sponsors, raised $315,000.

"As Utah Fast Pass continues to grow, we know that the money raised will help several people and several communities around the state, especially those families of troopers who have been injured or killed in the line of duty," said Tom Mabey, chairman of Utah Fast Pass.

The event also provides scholarships to students in rural communities and funds for community projects.
