With one month into the New Year, it might be a good time to check yourself and see how you are doing on that "get healthy" goal you set!

The XSI Factory's training center is challenging Utahans with a realistic fitness plan and helping you reach your goal.

That goal could be losing weight, gaining muscle, getting toned or simply getting healthy.

Jenn Hardman is at the XSI Factory with 4 participants who h ave just finished their 90 day challenge and some workouts you can do to keep on top of your New Year's goals.
