You know, for me any excuse to visit Snake Creek Grill in Heber is a worthy one. I’ve talked before about Chef Barb Hill’s sumptuous Belle Isle baby back ribs and her black bottom banana cream pie. And I’ve also mentioned that Barb and Michael Hill’s Snake Creek Grill – along with serving up some of Utah’s best food – also delivers heaps of warm ambiance and friendly service.

But next Thursday, on January 13th from 5:00 to 9:00, there’s an even better reason to treat yourself to dinner at Snake Creek Grill. On that evening Snake Creek Grill and its employees will host a Tsunami Victims Benefit Dinner. Barb and Mike Hill are donating all of the food for the evening and their employees are donating not only their wages, but also their tips for the night. So 100% of the proceeds from the Snake Creek Grill Tsunami Victims Dinner will go to those in need.

More specifically, the proceeds from the dinner will be donated through iboats.com, a Salt Lake City marine products company working with FatPipe Networks, to furnish small fishing boats to fishermen affected by the Tsunami and to families of fishermen who lost their lives.

For the Snake Creek Grill Tsunami Victims Benefit Dinner on Thursday Barb Hill will be preparing a 3-course dinner with beverages included. The suggested donation price for the dinner is $30, which is a steal for dinner at Snake Creek Grill under any circumstances.

For more information about next week’s Tsunami Victim’s Benefit Dinner, call Mike Hill at Snake Creek Grill or log onto iboats.com. That’s the letter ‘I’ – BOATS dot com.
