(KSL News) A couple accused in the death of a 9-year-old boy will be in court today.
Pedro Gaucin-Canales and Rebecca Hernandez are accused of punishing Hernandez' younger brother, Josue, by putting him in a vat of ice water at The Melting Pot restaurant.
The two are charged with murder, child abuse and obstruction of justice.
Today a judge will look at surveillance video from the restaurant and decide if the couple will go to trial.
