(KSL News) Crandall Canyon mine owner Robert Murray has agreed to testify before a Senate committee concerning the August mine collapse.
The Deseret Morning News reports Murray will comply with a Senate subpoena and testify on December 4.
Officials issued the subpoena after Murray declined to attend a hearing in September because of his health.
