OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- The American Civil Liberties Union wants to see voting records for the Ogden mayor's race.
The ACLU is filing a public records request for information from the Weber County clerk's office.
The ACLU is seeking documents providing detailed information regarding voter challenges, provisional ballots and complaints over the Nov. 6 election.
Mayor Matthew Godfrey won the election over challenger Councilwoman Susan Van Hooser by 449 votes.
The ACLU says it has received about 20 complaints.
