(KSL News) -- An FLDS church member was evicted from his home, and then got it back a few hours later.
Yesterday, Patrick Pipkin went back to the home he shares with his mother and siblings, and was told he was no longer welcome.
A standoff began with police, his family, and court appointed attorneys who oversee the trust of the polygamist church.
Five hours later, Pipkin got his house back.
Officials say it's becoming more common for FLDS leaders to evict those who are not deemed worthy.
Pipkin says he was targeted because he attended a United Effort Plan Trust meeting, and leaders decided to punish him.
At the UEP Trust meeting, Pipkin agreed to comply with state leaders' demands that he pay property taxes.
