CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- In southwestern Utah, charges appear unlikely this week in the deaths of two men who were shot and buried in a remote area of Iron County.
Prosecutor Scott Garrett says investigators are still putting the case together. And the chief suspect isn't going anywhere. Martin Nelson is in jail on other charges.
