(KSL News) -- Utah's minuteman group is going to the border.
They leave tomorrow for California to guard the nation's borders against illegal immigration --something they say politicians and border patrol are doing a poor job of.
The group travels south three times a year to aide other minuteman groups in their project.
Alex Segura, Utah Minuteman Project Director: "Anyone that comes into this country should and will be held accountable by laws. They need to come in legally and in an orderly fashion"
At their meeting, the minutemen also discussed last week's rallies. The immigration activist groups outnumbered them by a huge margin.
They hope to muster up more numbers to counter the next rally, planned for May 1.
