(KSL News) Mobile home owners could avoid having the land their homes sit on sold out from under them if Utah lawmakers get their way.
A new bill to be introduced in the upcoming session would require all landowners to give mobile home residents at least a year's notice before they are evicted. Currently they are only given 90 days.
According to census data from the year 2000, close to 85,000 Utahns live in mobile homes statewide.
