(KSL News) Representatives of a national presidential campaign served papers to state officials today naming the state in a lawsuit over computerized voting machines.
Members of the national Ron Paul for President Campaign served the papers today.
The suit alleges the use of computerized voting machines is unconstitutional because the machines are ripe for fraud and error.
Election officials in all 50 states are named in the suit by the We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education.
