(KSL News) A Utah County teen will spend time in a mental hospital before being sentenced for aggravated burglary and attempted unlawful sexual conduct.

Forrest Barth was arrested in May after he would not leave the home of a female acquaintance in Provo. After being released he broke into the girl's home, took off his clothes and got into bed with her.

Yesterday, the judge in the case ordered Barth to undergo a 60-day mental health evaluation before he is sentenced.
