Lori Prichard Reporting The last time Hannah Montana tickets went on sale for her Saturday Salt Lake City show they sold out in four minutes. Today, the concert promoter released another 1,600 tickets for this Saturday, and now they're gone too.

With the release of the second batch there is a catch: consumers could only buy one. There were only single seats left.

Of course, you can still buy tickets to the show through Web sites other than Ticketmaster, but in some cases you can expect to pay up to 20 times more.

The reason Ticketmaster had so many tickets available this morning was because people had to buy them and then pick them up at the Energy Solutions box office, showing their credit card and I.D.

It's called "will call," and it ensures those buying the tickets are actually sitting in the seats. It also eliminates the secondary market of ticket scalpers.

The state of Missouri forced Ticketmaster to sell some 3,000 Hannah Montana tickets that way to people. But, will "will call" become an industry standard for hot shows like the teen pop-star? "What happened in Missouri, quite frankly, is going to be what's happening at each of these stops. As tickets become available through production holds, or any circumstance, we're going to make sure that fans that are going to use the tickets have equal access to these tickets," explained Joe Freeman, vice president of Ticketmaster.

When pressed further, Freeman backed away from making everyone show their I.D. and credit card to pick up tickets, but he did say that some tickets could be made available that way.
