(KSL News) Police have made an arrest in the murder of a man found shot to death in an abandoned car in Taylorsville.

West Valley City officers arrested Frank Madrid and say he knew the victim, Louis Paul Miera, but that there is no clear motive.

Police also say Madrid was paroled from prison just over a month ago.

They believe Miera was shot outside a home in West Valley City then dumped Saturday or Sunday near 1300 West and 4500 South.
