(KSL News) At the Gateway this afternoon, yarn, glue and lots of paint and glitter dolled up plain pumpkins.
The Utah Foster Care Foundation and Utah Educational Savings Plan invited kids and parents out for the "Pumpkin Festival."
Kids got to decorate miniature pumpkins free of charge, while parents learned about the needs of foster children in the state and how to plan for their own children's college expenses.
