(KSL News) A man accused of shooting his neighbor's dog is expected to be in court for an arraignment today.
Gary Griffiths of West Valley is charged with aggravated assault, animal cruelty and discharge of a firearm within city limits.
The charges stem from an incident in which police say Griffiths lured his neighbor's dog into his yard and shot it, then threatened the dog's owner.
