Doug strongly supports the CHIP Program as well. Hatch insists it is not socialized health care. The plan seems sound. Orrin is certainly passionate about it. He is even irritated, at this point, with its detractors. As he speaks more and more about CHIP, he becomes more and more passionate. It's refreshing to hear a politician who truly believes in something.
