(KSL News) -- Polygamist John Daniel Kingston is set to go to trial over child support issues involving children he fathered with Heidi Mattingly.
Ten of the couple's children were originally removed from the home in 2004, due to reports of abuse and neglect. Mattingly has since regained custody, and Kingston has visitation rights.
Now, prosecutors say the amount of money Kingston pays in child support is in dispute and the case will go to trial in August.
