(KSL News) -- A judge handed down the maximum sentence to a man convicted of molesting a teenage boy.
Blaine Jay Tracy will serve three consecutive sentences of up to five years for having a sexual relationship with a 16-year old boy and dealing harmful materials to two other teens.
Prosecutors claimed Tracy used promises of jobs at his dog care business to lure teens, and then plied them with drugs, alcohol and pornography in hopes of having sex with them.
