(KSL News) A man accused of choking and biting his grandmother will not be getting out on bail.
This morning 25-year-old David Wilson appeared before a judge and was ordered held without bail due to an outstanding warrant.
Charges against him were also upgraded to assault against an endangered adult.
Prosecutors say Wilson attacked his grandmother last Saturday when she refused to hand over his car keys because she thought he was too drunk to drive.
If convicted Wilson faces up to 15 years in prison.
