(KSL News) A new indictment against the man accused of killing a Spanish Fork teenager and lying about it says he told two dozen people what he did.
In a revised indictment, Timmy Brent Olsen is accused of lying to a grand jury 17 times when questioned about Kiplyn Davis's disappearance 11 years ago.
Olsen testified he didn't kill Davis and had nothing to do with her disappearance. But according to the indictment, 28 people have told investigators Olsen told them he was involved.
Prosecutors have lined up at least nine witnesses who say Olsen told them he killed Davis.
Prosecutors also say they've reviewed testimony from several women who say Olsen hit them or forced them to have sexual intercourse, even though Olsen claims he's never hit or raped a woman.
