(KSL News) A vegetable-packing plant will be closed today while crews clean up from an ammonia leak.

The leak came from a cooler at the Pictsweet Frozen Vegetables plant in Ogden.

Eighteen people were evacuated and two people, including a firefighter, were sent to the hospital after inhaling the fumes.

Officials plan to mark the building uninhabitable for now and are not sure when it will reopen.
