(KSL News) A judge found an Alabama truck driver guilty of killing three people in a crash on I-80.
Robie Joseph Dalrymple faced three counts of negligent homicide. Each carries a potential sentence of a year in jail.
Dalrymple's truck didn't slow down when approaching a traffic jam on I-80 last June. His semitrailer truck hit other cars, killing three people and paralyzing a young girl.
Police found no evidence of alcohol or drugs and there was no indication Dalrymple was sick or fatigued.
