(KSL News) Sandy police say they have ruled out foul play in the case of a man found dead hours after he slumped over the wheel of his car.
The case drew attention because the man sat parked at a busy gas station for more than 10 hours before anyone noticed.
Finally, after midnight, an attendant at the station checked on the 28-year-old man and called police when he didn't get a response.
The police investigation determined it was an accidental death.
