(KSL News) We have new information this morning about a shooting at a dance club downtown.

Yesterday morning we told you about a 19-year-old man shot in the face outside Club Vortex.

He has been released from the hospital and we're told he will lose sight in one eye.

Shooting Victim Blinded in One Eye

Police say he leaned back trying to dodge the bullet, but the bullet went up his nose and came out his eye.

Officers are still looking for the suspect, but believe they're getting close.

A man turned himself in to police yesterday. He says he didn't do it, but he was with the shooter when it happened.

Detectives believe Anthony McGloin pulled the trigger then ran. He also goes by the name Boston.
