SALT LAKE CITY -- The University of Utah has entered an exciting era as they embark on a new journey into the Pac-12, where they will be tested on a weekly basis against some of the most difficult football teams and best athletes in the country.
This heightened level of play has brought a new enthusiasm to Utah fans who are ready for an improved level of competition. Many have high hopes about the Utes' future in the Pac-12, while others are cautiously optimistic about a new conference and Utah's place among the "League of Champions."
As the Utes make their transition in this new adventure, we want to connect the fans and the players more by offering a brief look into the lives of the players that make up the Utes football roster. Each week, starting with the game against USC, we will profile a specific position and the individual players in the position.
