(KSL News) -- An Orem woman threatened her boyfriend with a knife after she found him sexually abusing her six-year old son.
Julio Ramirez-Lerma told police his girlfriend was drunk and that's why she was threatening him and making up accusations. However, after talking to the child police decided there was enough evidence to arrest him.
Lerma is also being investigated by the INS for his undocumented status.
