SALT LAKE CITY -- It began with a film contest and spiraled into a wildly popular YouTube series. Recently, YouTube highlighted "Kid History" on its main page, bringing in half a million views in three days.

Now "Kid History: Episode 6" will be released on Saturday, Aug. 27, in front of 3,100 excited fans before being posted online for fans throughout the world. And if that's not enough, Brett, John, and Randy Roberts will launch a new web series at the event.

When asked what he could reveal about the new series, Brett Roberts was coy: "I'll tell you two things: it also features kids, and we really like it." Then he added, "It's quite a bit different from 'Kid History,' but I like it just as much."

The brothers are pulling out all the stops at the Episode 6 premiere, including a Facebook contest for backstage passes to watch with the cast, and even a random drawing for two families to appear in a later episode of "Kid History."

Tickets to the Aug. 27 premiere range from $3-8. For tickets, visit www.kidhistorytickets.com.
