(KSL News) -- A man already facing capital homicide charges will also face charges of forcible sexual abuse.
Floyd Eugene Maestas is accused of strangling and stomping 75-year old Donna Lou Bott to death during a robbery two years ago.
Today a judge ruled there was also enough evidence Maestas' crime had "sexual overtones" to charge him with sexual abuse.
Maestas also faces burglary charges.
