The Utah Peace Officers Association presented the award today at the West Capitol Building. Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff attended the ceremony, recognizing the achievements of local police officers.
Mark Shurtleff, Utah Attorney General: "These men and women, every day climb into the cyber sewers, they're nasty places to be. And they do it, and put up with it because they want to protect our children."
The task force urges parents to keep a close watch on their children while on the internet, and to never give out any personal information on the web.
