(KSL News) A car wreck tied things up on I-15 near Kaysville this morning.
Police say they were called about a car bumper left in the fast lane. As traffic was slowing down to avoid it, a semi hit another car, which spun out of control and becamed pinned under another semi.
That semi was behind a cop car.
A short time later a driver showed up looking for her bumper.
