(KSL News) A man accused of driving drunk and killing a bicyclist pleaded not guilty.

Pedro Sosa-Avilias allegedly hit and killed Bap Akol Deng Bap in September 2006. Police say he then fled the scene but turned himself in the next day.

Avilias is charged with automobile homicide and failure to give assistance at an accident.
