(KSL News) -- A federal judge has released the woman accused of assaulting and intimidating people on a United flight, forcing the pilot to land in Salt Lake.
Bogdana Georgieva will stay in Salt Lake as part of the conditions of her release.
Georgiva allegedly got into a scuffle with passengers and the flight crew on a United Express Flight earlier this month. The flight, which left Eugene, Oregon was on its way to Denver, when it made an emergency landing in Utah.
A federal judge ordered she receive a compentency evaluation and continue taking medication.
